Transformational Leadership Development
Equipping pastors and church leaders so that more than 519 churches of diverse doctrines in Chitipa and Karonga can work as one for their communities.
Lasting change in a community needs leaders who are trusted, servant-hearted and united. Through the Transformational Leadership Development programme, TDI equips pastors and church leaders from many different traditions to lead their congregations into active service.
What we do
- Train pastors and church leaders in servant leadership and good governance.
- Bring churches of diverse doctrines together as one network for development.
- Use the Transformational Journey curriculum to help churches see their role in transforming their communities.
- Strengthen church structures so they can manage resources and projects with accountability.
Today, more than 519 local churches in Chitipa and Karonga districts are working together through this network.
