Our vision
A transformed, equitable and self-sufficient community where everyone has life in its fullness in areas we work.
Working Together in Development for Sustainable Livelihoods
A local Christian NGO in Chitipa, northern Malawi, equipping churches and communities since 2009.
Our story
Tubepoka Development Initiative (TDI) was founded in October 2009, after a survey showed the need to equip and support local churches in Chitipa district.
We are a local Christian NGO that partners with networks of local and global churches and other institutions to improve the quality of life in the communities we serve: health, food security, poverty reduction, leadership, youth and child development, education and spiritual transformation.
Our name, Tubepoka, reflects our tagline: Working Together in Development for Sustainable Livelihoods.
