Early childhood development centres

Improving community-based childcare centres and training caregivers so young children get a strong start.

Community-based childcare centres (CBCCs) give children aged 3 to 5 a safe place to play, learn and eat. TDI supports communities to build and improve centres such as the one at Chisenga, and trains volunteer caregivers.
